FAQ
To find out what personal data we collect and why, take a look at our privacy notice here. To modify/change your personal details, go to the YOUR ACCOUNT section on the website and edit your personal data.
If you don't have an account or are unable to change the personal data in the Your Account section, please fill out the webform here and select personal data request as a topic.*

We use your personal data to achieve different purposes, such as to handle your orders and to send you newsletters if you have subscribed to receive those. To find out what personal data we collect and why, have a look at our privacy notice here.
To create an account, click SIGN IN on the top right of the website.
If you are using your mobile, click the Menu button in the top left corner. Scroll down and select the Register button at the bottom of the page. Then, follow the instructions to create an account.
If you would like to subscribe to our newsletter, you can do so by selecting the Newsletter and Promotional Messages check box when signing up for the Tommy Together membership program.
If you would like to unsubscribe from our newsletter and other promotional messages, you can do so in multiple ways:
- You can open the newsletter or another promotional email in your inbox and scroll down. There, you will find an Unsubscribe or Opt-Out button. Here you will be able to manage your subscriptions to our newsletter and other promotional messages.
- If you're unable to unsubscribe from our newsletter, contact us, and we will help you with this request. When filling in the customer service contact form, you can select the topic My Account & Membership, and then select Unsubscribe from the newsletter.
*Please also be mindful that when you unsubscribe from our newsletter and other promotional messages, when you place an order, you will still receive essential communications related to your order, such as order confirmations and delivery updates.

Please be mindful that we may not be able to delete all your personal data. For example, we are legally required to keep certain data related to your order history for tax purposes.

If you no longer wish to be part of Tommy Together, you can follow these steps:
- Sign into your account.
- Go to the details page of the My Account section.
- Scroll down to Account Details.
- To leave Tommy Together, select CLICK HERE to follow the deletion steps.
*Please note that if you delete your account, both your shopping account (including shopping history) and your Tommy Together membership will be deactivated. You’ll only be able to check out as a guest moving forward.
You will receive an email* to reset your password, and we will have you up and running again in a few clicks.
*Please note that it can take up to 48 hours to receive this email.
